General Rules
fuj19 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") provides an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all individuals ("User" or "you") who use the fuj19 platform.
By accessing, registering on, or using in any way the fuj19 website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using fuj19.
fuj19 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on the fuj19 platform. This site is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. fuj19 may request identity documents or other proof at any time to verify your age.
2.2 Registration Rules
Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balance.
During registration you must provide the following information accurately:
- Full name (as per national identity card or passport)
- Valid email address
- Correct date of birth
- Valid mobile number
- Correct current address
fuj19 reserves the right to close an account and forfeit all balances if registration is completed using false or misleading information.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
The fuj19 platform follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure a secure service. We may request identity documents, bank statements, or other paperwork at the time of withdrawal or in the event of any suspicious activity. Withdrawal processing may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Account Security and Responsibility
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you believe your account is being or has been used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

- Use a strong password (a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters)

- Always log out properly after logging in from a public device or network
- Change your password regularly
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at fuj19: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
- You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through third parties are not accepted, and fuj19 reserves the right to cancel such transactions.
- If a deposit is delayed due to any technical issue, please notify our support team.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount from fuj19 is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Your account must be verified (KYC complete) in order to make a withdrawal.
- Funds may only be withdrawn via the same method used to make the deposit.
- fuj19 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity.
- Once a withdrawal request is finalized, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Use a payment account operated in your own name. Transactions made from another person's account or from an unknown source will not be accepted without verification, and the associated user's account may be suspended.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times) before it becomes withdrawable.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirements must be met first.
- Multiple members of the same household, or users on the same device or IP address, may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
- fuj19 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, fuj19's decision will be considered final.
5.3 VIP Program
fuj19's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. It is possible to progress to higher tiers step by step based on regular play. The weekly cashback rate starts at a maximum of 0.2% at the Bronze tier and goes up to a maximum of 1.2% at the Diamond tier.
VIP benefits are at fuj19's sole discretion and may change at any time. VIP status may be revoked due to inactivity or a breach of the terms and conditions.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services are available on the fuj19 platform. The following rules apply to the use of all such services:
- Check the rules and payout structure before starting each bet or game session.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Bets placed on the basis of odds or potential winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be considered void.
- If there is an error or technical disruption in a game result, fuj19 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the stake.
- Any winnings obtained by attempting to exploit or successfully exploiting a vulnerability in the software or system will be forfeited.
- The outcome of all games is determined by an independent and verifiable random number generator (RNG).
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on fuj19:
7.1 Fraud and Deception
- Operating an account under a false or fake identity.
- Using another person's identity documents or payment methods.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to conduct gaming or betting activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or exploiting vulnerabilities.
7.2 Money Laundering
fuj19 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. Any suspicious financial activity, including unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns, will be investigated immediately. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
7.3 Other Prohibited Actions
- Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
- Abusing bonus terms or attempting to claim bonuses by circumventing the conditions.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate bets.
- Placing sports bets using insider information obtained before it is publicly known.
Account Suspension and Termination
fuj19 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Registration using false information or non-cooperation during the identity verification process.
- Suspicious financial activity or signs of money laundering.
- Being below the required age limit (21 years).
- Extended inactivity (12 months after the last login).
- Account closure at the user's own request.
In the event of account closure, the verified balance will be returned unless the closure is due to a breach of the terms. fuj19 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in cases of breach.
Responsible Gambling

- fuj19 will not provide any compensation for game results unless a software error has been proven.
- fuj19 is not directly responsible for any issues arising from the services of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, etc.).
- fuj19 is not responsible for problems caused by the user's own device or connection.
